On March 19 the State Department issued a Global Level 4 Health Advisory advising US citizens to avoid all international travel due to the global impact of COVID-19.
GeoEx group departures through the end of August have been rescheduled or cancelled. Custom trips are being evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We truly appreciate the bookings we are receiving for future travel with our adjusted flexible terms (see below).
New Bookings for Future Travel
Many travelers are postponing 2020 plans into 2021. As such, demand for 2021 is unusually high. We are adding new departure dates to our existing 2021 group trip programs. For custom trips in 2021, please check with us sooner rather than later – many of the most desirable properties are either full or filling up fast.

- Emergency medical advisory and evacuation service is included with all GeoEx trips.
Trip Cancellation Insurance and COVID-19
Standard trip cancellation insurance policies do not cover coronavirus (COVID-19). You may, however, want to consider “cancel for any reason” insurance. Please call us for details.
