South, in the game-rich Chyulu Hills, you could stay in one of the continent’s—indeed, the world’s—ﬁnest and most secluded lodges, enjoying a rare chance to visit with the Maasai, hike in green hills and gaze endlessly at Kilimanjaro, a colossus that transcends the pictures you’ve seen. Near Mount Kenya, you might embark on a walk in search of leopard and elephant in the company of Samburu guides, then ﬂy across the Rift Valley to Lake Victoria for a different ﬂavor of safari life by the shores of the great inland sea.

We can also ﬁnd ways for you to experience the mind-boggling natural bounty of the Masai Mara in leisure and privacy (think camel- and horse-supported safaris).
