Journey Into Northern Pakistan

Luxury Group Travel | 18 Days | Limited to 12 Guests
  • Experience riveting views and high adventure on the Karakoram Highway, passing through the Hunza Valley
  • Uncover iconic mountain forts, centuries-old Buddhist manuscripts, and carved wooden mosques
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan through their artisan traditions, including carpet making
  • See hanging bridges, mind-blowing majestic peaks, and alpine lakes on a Hunza Valley tour

On this small group trip, embark on one of the world’s most thrilling road trips up the famed Karakoram Highway and into Pakistan’s remote northern areas, where turquoise lakes and apricot groves contrast the starkness of the area’s staggeringly tall and jagged peaks.

In the company of your expert Trip Leader, trace an ancient artery of the Silk Road, from capital Islamabad to the dramatic mountain valleys of the Gilgit-Baltistan, where hospitable Ismaili locals greet rare visitors like family. Along the path, uncover the complexities and commonalities of a spellbinding region that few travelers traverse.

One of the best trips EVER.

– CREIG H.

Be ready to challenge your preconceived ideas about Pakistan! I am proud to say that Pakistan is now a part of me.

– ERIC C.

The true star of the trip was the Pakistani people. To say that hospitality is a core value would grossly understate how welcoming everyone was to us.

– DIANE D.
