Kalahari sands and quenching waters

One of the world’s great safari destinations, Zimbabwe never ceases to astound with its wildlife and beauty. The Zambezi tumbles down wondrous Victoria Falls, leaving a rage of mist, then continues running along the country’s northern border. To one side are the soothing mountains of Zambia, to the other are plains chock-full of lounging animals. Zebra, antelope, painted dogs, and a flabbergasting assortment of other species move gracefully through savannah grasses, while hippos and crocs peek out of waterways. What makes our experience here truly special, though, is the incredible warmth and optimism of Zimbabwe’s people.

Canoeing on the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe by GeoEx

We’re at the ready to custom design your Zimbabwe adventure. Whether you opt to go in green season, when even reclusive creatures venture out into the burgeoning cover, or during the dry months, when animals have fewer hiding places, we’ll create an unforgettable experience to match your preferences. You can explore the best of all safari options by alternating between land and water excursions at Mana Pools or Malilangwe. Or simply take in the collisions of nature as elephant, giraffe, and other thirsty sorts gather at small ponds in Hwange National Park. You can float down the unforgettable Zambezi River, hide a few feet from the action at a watering hole, or sleep outdoors near a lake. We’ll treat you to the best camps, where laughter and generosity of spirit warm you as much as the evening fire.

Once you've made it this far, we think it's a fine idea to extend your stay in this phenomenal region with time in Zambia, BotswanaNamibia, and/or South Africa, which, naturally, we're happy to arrange.
