New Bookings for Future Travel

While we do have a standard policy, every situation is unique, and our staff ardently negotiate the most flexible terms and pricing for our guests. Please call us for specific details on your trip.

• Deposits for new bookings are 100% transferrable until 120 days prior to departure for most group departures, and in some cases for custom travel.
• Final payment due dates will be extended if your destination’s borders are not open 120 days prior to departure for most group departures and in some cases for custom travel.

A note on availability: Many travelers have postponed their plans, resulting in unusually high demand for upcoming dates. We are adding new departure dates to our existing group trip programs to meet requests. If the trip you are interested in is sold out, please check with us for new dates. For custom trips, please check with us sooner rather than later—many of the most desirable properties are either full or filling up fast.

Trip Cancellation Insurance and COVID-19
