Treasures from the Kangshung Face of Everest Trek: Part Four

GeoEx staffer Jenny Jackson and her husband, Brian Jackson, journeyed to Tibet in September, 2013, on GeoEx's Kangshung Face of Everest Trek. The 22-day journey was, according to Jenny, "one of the most amazing trips we've ever taken." This week Wanderlust is showcasing a portfolio of Brian's eye-catching photos from their extraordinary adventure, with Jenny’s captions.

This image of a monk praying before a rock painting of Buddha at Pabonka Monastery in Lhasa captures the fervent spirituality of so many Tibetans we encountered.
