Southern Laos
Indochina's Last Wilderness

Little-visited southern Laos is bursting with ethnic diversity and color. Hills rich with unique tribes and customs, not to mention remarkable landscapes: lush green rice fields, coffee and tea plantations, surging waterfalls. We wend up to the cool and faraway Boloven Plateau, explore a host of pre- Angkoran temples, venture into the remote provinces of Attapeu and Sekong, and boat in the Khong Islands and on the Mekong.
